Welcome to your tour of the VFA message boards. Before we begin, we need to go over what to do after you register. Let's get started.

First: You need to fill out your profile completely.


Second: Two things.

1. You need post an introduction thread in the "Introduction Area" section.
2. You need to read and follow the rules in the "Welcome To The VFA" section.



With that out of the way, lets begin the tour:


1. FRONT DESK
a) Welcome to the VFA- This section contains the forum rules. Please read and follow them.
b) Introductions- This is the place to post all introductions.
c) Announcements- Here you will find any and all announcements, updates and messages from the admin staff.
d) Suggestion Box- If you have any suggestions or complaints, please feel more than free to make them here.
e) Poll Booth- This section is for polls about VFA issues only.

2. Armor, Uniform and Prop Making
a) W.I.P. Area- Here you can post progress threads on any and all projects that you are working on. (W.I.P. stands for Work In Progress for those who didn't know)
b) Show Yourselves- Share your finished projects with everyone here.
c) Tricks of the Trade- This is the place to share your knowledge of prop making and costume building with everyone else.
d) Pepakura Files- Share your Pepakura Files here with everyone. (We ask that if you charge for your Pep files, please post them in the "Personal Items For Sale Or Trade" section)

3. VFA Lounge
a) Lounge Bar- Here you can talk about anything that comes to mind. (NO politics or religion as everyone has deifferent beliefs and we do not wish to offend anyone)
b) The Backroom- For VFA topics only!!
c) Weekly VFA Newsletter- It's pretty self explanatory.
d)VFA Veteran's Bar- The VFA honors those men and women who have fought and died for our country. so if you are or ever have been a member of the armed forces, this section is for you.
e) Fun Facts- Here you can find and post fun little tid bits of information.

4. VFA Mart
a) Personal Items For Sale Or Trade- Buy, sell and trade here.
b) Ongoing Runs- This is the place to find items that are being offered to you all the time.
c) Interest Threads- If you are thinking of doing a run of something, you'll need to gather interest for your run here.

5. Meetings
a) Meetings- Here you will find a list of any and all up coming VFA meetings, events and workshops.
b) Meeting Reports- As it says, a comprehensive debriefing of past VFA meetings, events and workshops.

6. General Geekary
a) Fan Stories- Show off your creative writing skills here.
b) Fan Film Ideas- Post your ideas and scripts for a fan film here.
c) Art Gallery- Showcase your artistic abilities here.

7. Podcasts- Here you will find various podcasts from the fan-iverse such as:
